A. Our Internet store allows you to buy apparel and other
promotional products from us. We use the information that we collect about you
to fulfill your product purchases and to create a more personalized online
experience. We will never release, sell or distribute your information to
anyone!

What is your Return Policy?
A.
Most store products may be
returned or exchanged within 14 days of your product's shipping date. Custom
Ordered products may be returned only when defective and within 14 days of your
product's shipping date. International orders may be exchanged only when
defective. All returns must include a Return Merchandise Authorization
Number(RMA#). Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with a
copy of the packing slip. Please allow approximately 10 business days for your
return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse. If you request a
replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned
product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit
(rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new
order. The new order will be shipped as soon as we have product available and
your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the
product you are returning.

When Will My International Order Ship?
A.
If your order is in stock,
please allow 10-15 days for shipment after your credit card is processed. Your order
will be manually charged a local San Diego shipping rate. Charges vary depending on the number of products and destination. Packages will be forwarded to an appropriate Solar Turbines international field office only.

How do I cancel an order/item?
A.
If you would like to cancel
your order or an item from your order, please email your account representative
your order number and sku number you wish to cancel. Note: You may cancel any
item that hasn’t entered the shipping process within 24 hours after the order
has been placed.

When will my credit card be charged?
A.
Since we don't think you
should pay for your order until it is actually on its way, Solar Turbines Gear will not bill you until your products, including backordered or pre-ordered
items, are actually shipped. We accept
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Please be sure
to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and
phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect
information may cause a delay in processing your order. You can be confident that your personal and
account information is secure at Solar Turbines Gear. We employ the latest 128-bit encryption technology in all parts of
our site that require any personal information.

Is my item in stock?

We make every effort to keep all items in stock. However, occasionally some items may be temporarily out of stock. If an item is not in stock we will hold your order until all the goods are in stock so we can ship your order complete.
